Lucky Country Productions produces entertainment for international Film, TV and Music markets – currently creating a Feature Film set in Vanuatu, GARDENS OF WAR and an 8 Part Mini Series, called RED HOT, set in Albury wodonga to be directed by Rachel Ward.
Earlier Clients Included: National Geographic, Discovery Channel, History Channel, PBS, BBC, ABC, SBS and Australian commercial networks: 7, 9 & 10.
During this time their two WW1 Specials for the History Channel with Jack Thompson (one on Gallipoli and another on the Western Front) set the seed for their feature film BENEATH HILL 60, also set in WW1. The film won 12 Australian Film Awards Nominations, including Best Film, Best Director and Best Script. Since then LCP has been producing and developing mainly Drama for both streaming and the big screen.
Cellist and Composer KAREN LEIMBACH scores films and musical events for Lucky Country Productions as well as many other clients.
Brothers OLI & LOUIS LEIMBACH have produced many tracks and videos for their own band LIME CORDIALE as well as short films, documentaries and commercials, for LCP. They are now managed by Michael Chugg Entertainment.
