Vale Valhalla (TV Mini Series)

VALE VALHALLA (working title) is a TV Mini Series, based on the book by Joy Chambers (best selling author wife of Reg Grundy),  being produced to commemorate the 100th anniversary of World War 1.

The Series traces the lives of three families from the early 1890s in Brisbane, Queensland, through the years prior to and during the ‘Great War’ of 1914-1918, culminating at the end of that harrowing conflict.

The FLEET, CRAKEN and DERE families intermingle, quarrel, fight, love, hate, marry and attempt to kill. It’s a drama of immense potential for the small screen.

A solid prime time Mini Series,  full of the rough action of Channel 7’s WILD BOYS and the charming characters of Channel 10’s DOWNTON ABBEY.
